What are your email addresses?

Are your bank details the same?
Other than the name being Busara London Limited, our bank details are exactly the same!

How should I amend my invoices to you?
Please address all invoices from today onwards to Busara London Ltd.

What is your Company Number?
Our Company Number is still 04828432.
Our Registered VAT number is still 810 3966 42.

What is your full company name?
Busara is a trading name of Busara London Ltd.
Our registered address is 66 Wigmore Street, London, W1U 2SB

What are your payment terms?
Busara?s payment terms are 30 days from the date of invoice.
After 30 days our invoices are automatically handed over to the Credit Protection Association.
They look after all the chasing so that we can concentrate on doing great design for you.

Do you have a minimum charge?
Yes we do. Our minimum charge for work is £200 + VAT; that covers 2 hours. Any additional hours are charged at £90 per hour after that. We will always quote for a job and await approval before we start work.

Do you have a confidentiality clause?
Confidentiality is key to what do. If we have undertaken a job for you or your company, you are bound by the terms of our confidentiality agreement. All our employees are also bound by the same agreement.

After we have had the work done, if we find a problem, will you make changes?
This depends on the change obviously. If it should have been done in the original work then yes we will do the work for you provided that you notice the changes within three months of us doing the work.
If the change was not included in the original brief, or more than three months has passed since we completed the work, then we will need to charge for the alterations.
